Arman's family said he was first attacked three days ago for refusing to pay to union funds.

Hyderabad: A young construction worker employed with a private firm has alleged that he was attacked by goons for refusing to pay the union fee in Borabanda on Saturday. Angered over this, Sharfuddin hit Arman on his face with his mobile. Arman lodged a complaint with police.
