Hyderabad: The West Zone Task Force nabbed a man who was preparing fake educational certificates of degree and PG in the name of ‘Karnataka Open University’ on Friday.

The arrested man, B. Laxmi Narayana alias Raj Kumar, 40, runs a computer training institute named Tisht at Tarnaka. Police seized 20 fake educational certificates from him.

“Laxmi Narayana was running the institute since three years but was not making profits. In 2015, he met one M. He too decided to supply fake certificates with the help of M. Satyanarayana who agreed to supply fake certificates to him,” said Commissioner’s Task Force deputy commissioner of police B.
