Mysuru: The Mysuru city police have filed the charge sheet against three people, including Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s close aide Marigowda, Manjunath and Basavaraju, in the case in which former Mysuru deputy commissioner C. Shikha was allegedly prevented from discharging her official duties in July last year.
Ms Shikha in her complaint to police had also referred to criminal intimidation and obstruction to the movement of her car, which find place in the charge sheet.
The accused are being charged under sections 504, 506, 353 and 341 of IPC, they said.
