Hyderabad: A 25-year-old woman committed suicide at home on Friday.
The deceased, identified as Gayatri, was a private sector employee.
Police said her parents used to fight and quarrel over petty things and create ruckus at home. Gayatri was worried over this. “The woman had tried to pacify her parents on several occasions but their fights continued,” said the Kushaiguda inspector N. Venkata Ramana. Fed up with her parents’ disputes Gayatri hung herself at her residence on Friday morning. Her body was shifted to Gandhi Hospital Morgue for post- mortem.
Kushaiguda police booked a case under Section 174 (suspicious death) of CrPC (Code of Criminal Procedure).
