Hyderabad: A junior assistant working in a private company who was harassing a homemaker by sending her filthy messages and outraging her modesty was arrested by the Medipally police on Tuesday.
Medipally police said that on Tuesday, a woman, 28, homemaker lodged a complaint that she was receiving calls from an unidentified person for the last few days. The stranger was also messaging her in a filthy language. He also threatened to message her husband.
Based on the complaint, a case was registered for the investigation and the accused was identified as Sandeep Kumar, 30, who works as a junior assistant with a private company residing at Medchal. He was apprehended and remanded to the judicial custody, said the police.
