Following the complaint, circle inspector K Nagendrachary said that they are investigating the case.
A sorcerer allegedly raped a 17-year-old minor girl at his house in Asad Baba Nagar in Bahadurpura when she came for treatment.
Khammam: Police has booked a case against a shopkeeper for raping a widow and charged his wife with the abetment of rape.
According to police, Gurram Satyanarayana, who is running a fancy shop at Police Colony, had lent Rs 80,000 to the victim sometime back. As she was not able to repay the loan despite several reminders, the accused had allegedly called her to his house. “Afer forced her to have beer, he had allegedly raped her. His wife Vasantha abetted the rape by filming it.”
Following the complaint, circle inspector K Nagendrachary said that they are investigating the case.
