Hyderabad: A 12-year-old boy was sexually assaulted by his maternal uncle on Thursday in Kulsu-mpura. According to sources, Syed Saddam, 23, called the boy to his place and molested him.The man resides in the same locality as the boy, said the Police Inspector of Kulsumpura, Ram Mohan Rao.
The official said that, “Saddam called the boy to his place, which is in the same vicinity, under the pretext of some work and started molesting him. When the boy started crying, fearing that people would come to know about his actions, he fled the place.”
The issue came to light when the victim complained of pains to his mother and narrated the horrific incident. His mother then lodged a complaint with the Kulsumpura police, following which a case was registered.
