Hyderabad: A woman from Medipally has lodged a complaint against her former tenant, alleging that he had misbehaved with her and outraged her modesty when she asked him to return the keys to her house.
The accused, Shiva Rama Krishna, had reportedly vacated the house without intimation and locked the doors.
According to Medipally inspector B. Anji Reddy, On Monday night, the houseowner, a 50-year-old woman in Gayathrinagar, in Boduppal, lodged a complaint stating that her former tenant had trespassed into her house and misbehaved with her.
The woman stated that she had given a portion of her house on rent to Shiva Rama Krishna and his family in October last year. She said that they created a nuisance and troubled other residents and she had asked them to vacate the house three months ago. The tenants did not do so, she said.
On Monday, without intimating the victim, her tenants vacated the house after locking the doors but did not return the keys. When she called them and asked for the keys, Krishna went to her home and allegedly misbehaved with her and abused her in filthy language. A case has been against Krishna.
