Hyderabad: The body of a 40-year-old unidentified man was found on the outskirts of Kothagudem in Abdullapurmet on Sunday. Police suspects he was stabbed by unidentified persons.
An Abdullapurmet police official said that it was suspected that the victim had a fight on Saturday night with the assailants who attacked him with sharp weapons. His body was found in a secluded place near Swathi Engineering College.
“He had been stabbed multiple times in various parts on his body. We suspect he died on the spot due to bleeding,” the police official said, adding that the local residents who noticed the body on Sunday morning informed the police.
