Hyderabad: A 33-year-old murder accused reportedly suffered seizures while in the custody in the SR Nagar police station. He was rushed to Gandhi Hospital where he died on Wednesday morning while undergoing treatment.
According to the police, a beggar was found murdered in the SR Nagar police limits on Tuesday one beggar was murdered under SR nagar police station.
Constable S. Praveen Kumar while on patrol received information about the body lying in a pool of blood near Saradhi Studios, Ameerpet.
During investigation, police suspected two ragpickers, Gunjolla Raju, 23, and Sampath, 33, of committing the murder. They were arrested late on Tuesday night.
DCP, West Zone, A.R. Srinivas said, “At about 8.30 am on Wednesday, Sampath suddenly suffered seizures and was immediately shifted to Gandhi Hospital. He died while undergoing treatment at 10.30 am.”
