Uttar Pradesh: Class I girl beaten by principal, suffers fracture

Ballia: A Class I student suffered a fractured hand allegedly after her principal severely beat her for not completing homework, police on Saturday said.

Radha Gupta, 7, who studied at a private school in Ballia, was severely beaten up by her principal, Vishal, on Thursday for not completing her home work, Inspector of City Kotwali police station D K Srivastava said.

 

The girl was on Saturday admitted to the district hospital for treatment. The victim's father has lodged a case against Vishal, he said.
