HYDERABAD: A sub inspector of Marredpally police station was stabbed by two bikers who were in a drunken state in the early hours of Wednesday when the SI, Vinay Kumar was on patrolling duty at road number 1, near Anchor Charity Heavens apartments, Marredpally.
The accused fled the scene after the attack and Vinay who suffered stab injuries in his stomach and back is undergoing treatment in Gita hospital.
Marredpally police have registered a case making efforts are on to trace the accused.
