The squad also seized 12 hookah pots, 18 hookah pipes and 12 flavour boxes.
Hyderabad: The West Zone Task Force team raided two hookah parlours located in Humayunnagar and arrested their manager, for illegally running a hookah parlour.
The raids were conducted at K Cafe & Lounge, police said, adding that Imran, the manager has been arrested, two other persons, Mohammed Khazim Ansari and Farooq, were reportedly absconding.
“We seized hookah pots and other material from the premises. Apart from this, another illegal hookah parlour named Area 1070 in Jubilee Hills was also raided and its manager Shaikh Ahmed Shareef was arrested. Similar material was seized from this parlour too,” officials said.
