When the bus reached Porur, three women had boarded the bus and asked Mao to vacate the seat so that they can sit together on the three-seater. The women had told conductor, Devendran (55) to arbitrate with the passenger and the conductor reportedly used harsh words against the passenger. A verbal duel ensued and it soon escalated into a brawl. The passenger lost one of his teeth in the brawl.
