Tirupati: Wife, paramour held for man's murder
Tirupati: The Khambham police, on Friday, resolved a reported kidnap case of a sand contractor, Nukala Jaganmohan Reddy. The resolution of the case also brought to light the fact that it was, however, a murder case.
According to the police, the wife of the victim complained about the kidnap of her husband at the local police station on Tuesday night.
According to the police, the wife and accused N. Rajani was having an illegal relationship with Bala Venkata Narayana who was a doctor by profession.
When her husband got to know about their relationship, he warned his wife Rajani to stay away from the doctor. Despite of several warnings, however, she continued to maintain the relationship with Bala Venkata Narayana.
Upset by the continuous warnings from her husband, Rajani decided to eliminate him and set up a plan with her paramour. With the help of a friend, who was said to be an APSP constable, and three others, the couple made a contract of '10 lakh for killing the husband. On Tuesday night, the paramour invited the contractor for talks and gave him anaesthesia. The assassins later killed Jaganmohan Reddy after taking him to Dornala forests. They packed his body in a gunny bag, which was later found by the police.
