Hyderabad: A 33-year-old housewife from Ramanthapur who went to meet her friend in Kurnool was allegedly raped by her friend and his two friends. The woman escaped, came back to Hyderabad and filed a complaint with police. The woman, a resident of Ramanthapur, received a call from one of her friends, Anil, who stays in Kurnool and went to meet him on Thursday. After reaching Kurnool on Thursday night he took her to a house where two of his friends were present. They forced her to have intercourse with them and offered her money. When she refused their proposal, they forced her to consume alcohol and raped her.
“We registered a case and will transfer it to AP police," Uppal inspector Y. Narsimha Reddy said. The victim was sent for medical examination and her condition is stable.
