ANANTAPUR: A man's dead body was found buried in his friend’s house under suspicious circumstances at Proddatur in Kadapa district on Monday. The deceased was identified as Sathish, 51, a lorry driver.
According to sources, Sathish had a fall out with his family members and left the house 15 days ago. The family members expected him to have a lorry ride and then return to the house. When he did not come home and there was no communication after 15 days, family members filed a missing person report with Proddatur police.
After questioning his friend K. Kishore, police notified the family members that Sathish's body was buried in a house of his friend in Eswar Reddy Nagar in Proddatur town in Kadapa district and confirmed that it was Sathish.
Kishore was arrested by police for his role in the suspicious death of Sathish, whether Kishore killed Sathish and buried him in his house or for any other cause.
