Hyderabad: The CID arrested a person who was allegedly involved in creating obscene websites and publishing morphed images of a popular film actor.
The accused was identified as Rudravarapu Raguvaran, 26, a civil engineer from Boduppal. “The accused was publishing morphed obscene images of a popular Telugu film actor.
He resorted to such form of crime thinking the sites would fetch him money,” said an investigating officer from the CID. The accused was arrested from Medipally in Medchal district.
