Hyderabad: The Hayathnagar police is suspecting the role of a youth in the murder of Anusha, who was found bludgeoned to death on Tuesday. The youth was identified as Motilal, a bank employee.
Four months ago, Anusha’s parents decided to get her married to Motilal but later decided to call it off. Since then, there was a dispute between the two families and Motilal used to harass Anusha.
The decomposed body of the 23-year-old engineering graduate was found in her elder sister’s flat two days ago.
Four days ago, she came to her elder sister’s residence in Banjara Colony near Midhani. For the past two days, she was alone at home after her sister’s family went to a function. When she did not respond to her family’s repeated calls, her family asked her brother, Srikanth, to check on her. He found her decomposed body.
“The boulder has been recovered. Her mobile call records are being verified to trace the suspect,” the police said.
