Cops Save Snake Bite Victim In Time
While he was trying to catch them, Ganapathi was bitten by a snake

KARIMNAGAR: Police saved the life of a man by replying promptly to a snakebite complaint early on Sunday in Beerpur mandal of Jagtial district.
According to the police, Ganapathi, a resident of Nirmal district came to Rollavagu under Beerpur Police Station limits to catch crabs.
While he was trying to catch them, Ganapathi was bitten by a snake. In distress, he dialled 100 for help. Responding to the call, probationary sub-inspector Raju who was on duty along with his staff rushed to the forest area where the incident occurred.
They located Ganapathi and arranged for an 108 ambulance and shifted him safely to the Jagtial Government Hospital. Timely intervention saved his life.
Impressed by their quick action, Superintendent of police Ashok Kumar lauded probationary SI Raju and the police staff for their help.
