CM Revanth To Visit Zaheerabad On May 23

The administration is finalising a route map, security arrangements and helipad location.

SANGAREDDY: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will visit Zaheerabad on May 23 to participate in a series of developmental programmes. The district administration is making elaborate arrangements for the successful conduct of the visit. During the visit, the Chief Minister will unveil a statue of Basaveshwara, inaugurate the newly constructed Kendriya Vidyalaya building, and lay the foundation stone for a fuel filling station to be operated by self-help groups.


Health, medical and family welfare minister C. Damodar Rajanarsimha reviewed the arrangements at the Sangareddy collectorate on Tuesday. Zaheerabad MP Suresh Kumar Shetkar, Narayankhed MLA Sanjeev Reddy, Sangareddy district collector Kranthi Valluru, superintendent of police Paritosh Pankaj and other officials were present.


Addressing the meeting, Rajanarsimha said the Chief Minister’s visit to Zaheerabad would be a historic one. He said a large number of people are expected to attend the public meeting. The state government, he noted, is giving equal importance to developmental works and welfare schemes.

As part of his visit, the Chief Minister will arrive in Zaheerabad by helicopter. The administration is finalising a route map, security arrangements and helipad location. Following a visit to the stalls at the venue, Revanth Reddy will address a public meeting at 12 noon on Friday.
