Chhattisgarh & MP: Spl Assembly Sessions Convened to Pass Censure Motion Against Oppn
The censure motion is against defeating women’s quota bill in LS
Raipur: The BJP government in Chhattisgarh has convened a special session of Assembly on April 30 to pass a censure motion against the Opposition for defeating the women’s quota bill in the Lok Sabha.
The state Assembly secretariat issued a notification declaring to hold a special session of the House on April 30 to discuss the issue on the quota for the women.
Chhattisgarh chief minister Vishnu Deo Sai has earlier declared that a special session of the House will be convened to discuss the issue and pass a censure motion against the Opposition for defeating the bill in the LS.
The BJP government in Madhya Pradesh has also convened a special session of the Assembly on April 27 to pass a censure motion against the Opposition for opposing the women’s quota bill, leading to the defeat of the bill in the LS.
Madhya Pradesh chief minister Mohan Yadav has recently announced that a special session of the House will be convened to discuss the issue and pass the censure motion against the Opposition.
