A blame game has erupted with the BJP alleging that the cross-voting was caused by the entry of the alliance partner Janata Dal (Secular) into the fray

New Delhi: BJP president Nitin Nabin has summoned top Karnataka party leaders on June 23, following cross-voting in the Legislative Council elections.
While the Congress won five seats and the BJP two, as expected, the Congress received 11 additional votes. A blame game has erupted with the BJP alleging that the cross-voting was caused by the entry of the alliance partner Janata Dal (Secular) into the fray.
