AP and TS NCC Cadets Win Medals at Republic Day Horse Show in New Delhi

Hyderabad: Cadets of the AP and TS NCC Directorate won the equestrian show jumping champion of the day trophy as well as three gold, four silver and three bronze medals at the Republic Day Horse Show Competition in New Delhi.

Cadet Shaik Rehana won the show jumping champion of the day trophy and clinched a gold and a silver in the show jumping (veteran girls) event, astride the horses ‘Tamannah’ and ‘Tarzan.’

Cadet Mohd. Muzzaffar secured a bronze in show jumping (novice boys) astrie ‘Tarzan,’ while Cadet Korra Ganesh won a bronze in show jumping (veteran boys) and a silver medal in show jumping open event.

Senior Under Officer S. Chittesh Rao won a gold in dressage (veteran boys), and corporal G. Lohith a silver medal in dressage (novice boys). In the tent pegging event for NCC veterans, Senior Under Officer Bhanu Krishna won a bronze.
