Man rubs crotch on woman on train, turns out she is a police officer

In another case of bizarre fetish, a man repeatedly rubbed his crotch against a woman on the subway. However, what he did not realise was that she was a plainclothes police officer.

The man was, of course, arrested. Felipe Mondragon, 52, reportedly assaulted the woman on the uptown 6 train that had just left Union Squre station in New York City at around 9am on Thrusday.

The NYPD officer was on the train with her partners, who were all wearing plain clothes.

Mondragon was immediately arrested and was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. The detective, who has not been named, was on the subway as part of the NYPD Transit Bureau’s Anti-Crime Squad.

The squad patrols subway carriages while in plainclothes in order to try and prevent crime on the network.
