Video: Sweet moment dog kisses firefighter who rescued him from roof of house

When an adorable Husky-cross dog was spotted stuck on the porch roof of a house, concerned residents in the neigbourhood immediately called for help.

Firefighters rushed to the seen and managed to rescue the dog.

However, it was the dog's reaction to being rescued that has many hearts melting.

Video footage and photos of the sweet moment was captured by Wells Maine Police force and posted on Facebook.
