Queen Elizabeth's regal cows are living a more luxurious life than you

As the cow lies down the water pushes underneath the pressure points and the cow ends up floating.

When Countryfile viewers saw just how well the Queen's cows were taken care of, they couldn't help but be left in disbelief.

The BBC special was presented by farmer Adam Henson, who was guided behind the scenes of Windsor Great Park by Mark Osman.

The two delved into the logistics of how the royal cattle are farmed.

And the fact that shocked everyone was that the Queen's cows sleep on their very own waterbeds that are supposed to massage away aches and pains while they sleep.

Other than the special 'water pillow' beds which according to Mark help to de-stress the cows, who feel they are floating in their sleep at night, the 265-strong herd of royal cattle also have robots that milk them, an automatic brush to help with their well-being and a robot that sweeps up after them.

The Queen's farm manager said in the BBC special, "As the cow lies down the water pushes underneath the pressure points and the cow ends up floating."

Viewers joked at the life of luxury the Queen's cattle were living. Here's what some of them had to say:

The Queen keeps Sussex cattle at Windsor and now has the largest herd of Sussex cows in the world.
