For some girls, it’s easier to give a fake number to a guy they’re not interested in than saying no directly. But for 23-year-old Joey Royle, the situation got all the more comical when a girl began using his number to turn down dudes she wanted to politely reject.

Joel finally realised what the actual matter was after a number of guys texted him requesting for a date. So, he also decided to play along and set up ‘plans’ with the unsuspecting discarded suitors. Needless to say, the text chats are hilariously entertaining to read.

Although, Joel never actually got to meet this 'Elise' in real life, he is glad that he was able to have some light-hearted fun out of this. But we really hope that Elise plucks some nerve and learns how to decline unwanted advances instead of giving out wrong numbers.
