Tweeters applaud teen for dumping boyfriend over his reaction to her prom dress
Madison Witham from Lakeland High School (US), was ecstatic to show off her prom dress to her boyfriend.
But his reaction was unexpected, so the 16-year-old decided to surprise him with a little something too.
Witham posted screenshots of their text exchange about the dress on Twitter.
After showing him a photo of the dress, her boyfriend told her she looks like "slut". So she decided she was going to keep the dress and say bye to the man.
She tweeted: "So today I bought a prom dress and dropped a dude, eventful day!"
