A video posted on Facebook by Shanghaiis is putting youngsters to shame and proving age is just a number.
In the short clip, an elderly woman can be seen effortlessly swinging on a monkey bar at a playground. Onlookers watch as the lady, whose age is unknown, takes a few seconds to prep before she shocks and surprises with her stunt.
"When I grow up, I want to be this grandma," the video's caption reads.
