Holi special: SpiceJet crew members dance on plane before takeoff

New Delhi: A SpiceJet flight crew on Wednesday celebrated Holi inside the aircraft amid cheers by the passengers onboard. The crew members danced on Bollywood songs before the aircraft took off from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.
In the video crew members were seen dancing down the aisle. The guests travelling were seen cheering them. The crew members danced to popular Bollywood song Balam Pichkari from the movie 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani' among other Holi songs.
Last year, SpiceJet ran into a controversy when crew danced in mid-air.
In February 2015, Jet Airways suspended five crew members of a chartered flight after Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam was allowed to sing while in mid-air. DGCA had taken up the matter with the airlines.
