A Punjabi aunty was threatened at knifepoint, her reaction will shock you

She simply asked the robber to wait and let her finish her tea.

Hull, UK: It takes a badass to take on a burglar in a calm and calculated manner and showing extraordinary courage is something Punjabis seem to have mastered.

When it comes to Punjabi aunties, they are not to be taken lightly, and Stuart Gleeson from Hull, UK realised this the hard way. When he decided to threaten Karamjit Sangha as she was sipping on tea, the robber did not have any idea about what was coming.

Sangha who owns a News and Booze store in Hull was enjoying her tea when Gleeson dashed in with a seven inch knife and told her to hand over the cash. Sangha remained calm and told the thief to let her finish her tea.

When Gleeson refused to let her finish, Sangha said ‘OK’ and picked up a craft knife which she waved at Gleeson to his horror. Karamjit said she didn’t intend to hurt him, but the robber was shaking and fled.

Gleeson was later arrested and has now been sentenced to a five year jail term, while Sangha says that people who feel sorry for her should actually feel sorry for the man.
