Wisconsin: Halloween is a time when people dress up in the most terrifying costumes as the festival every year costumes inspired by popular horror films or cult figures become a trend.
Harry Potter characters have been popular for a long time and dementors are possibly the most terrifying of all characters in the movie. While some people might walk around dressed like these characters, others go to another level for making them as real as possible.
In a bid to scare people, an evil genius from Wisconsin suspended a skeletal figure in black from a drone, to make it seem like a dementor.
