Find out what people had to say about her comment.

A Malaysian fashion critic has been on the receiving end of a lot of heat after suggesting people who weight more that 60kgs should not attend catwalk shows, the Metro reported.

"Your thighs are spilling over onto the chairs on your left and right," Zaihani Mohd Zain is quoted as saying in a now deleted Facebook post by the Malay Mail.

"It's so awkward and uncomfortable for the persons seated next to you!" she went on to say.

Her comments have caused a big stir and bigger reactions.

"Our fashion critics too should be aware that 60kg, by any standard, is not obese," Metro reported one person as saying. Another said: "#ZaihaniMohdZain you should really train your half an ounce of brain to think before you speak."

People from the industry have also been vocal about their criticism of Zain's comments.

Designer Calvin Thoo writing on Facebook: "What right does one have to criticise plus size people and telling them not to attend fashion shows?

"Don’t bully small flies like you have once bullied me! You have no respect for others and you expect people to respect you?"
