Arab-Muslim's dad's reply to her asking about the hijab breaks stereotypes

Muslim’s in America have faced a lot of issues recently and they are constantly questioned about various things which can sometimes get too much to handle. A Muslim teenager recently faced an issue and she decided to ask her dad about it and the reply she got wasn’t what most people would have expected.

According to a media report, 17-year-old Arab-Muslim Lamyaa was part of discussion in school about Donald Trump and his views about Muslims. While it was just like any other discussion where people expressed their views, a classmate of hers expressed his thoughts by saying, “Stop defending Islam B***h shut up you couldn’t take that scarf off or your dad would beat your ass.” The teen decided to text her dad immediately in Saudi Arabia to ask him about it and she received the most encouraging reply.

The teens father replied by saying, “If it’s what you feel like you want to do, go ahead. I’ll support you no matter what.” Her post has gone viral and all the more because Saudi Arabia has different views about the same act.
