It’s heart wrenching to watch and hear about abandoned animals that have been abused by their owners in the past. Graycie is one such stray puppy that has lived a very tough life but was lucky enough to be taken in by Granite Hills Animal Care. In a bid to make the poor creature comfortable around humans, her vet decided to have breakfast with her in her cage.
Past neglect had caused Graycie to become extremely shy and nervous around people and other animals and usually cower in the corners of her pen. So, in order to build up her confidence, her vet started having his breakfast quietly along with her in the pen.
Apparently, the vet’s kind act seemed to have a positive effect on little Graycie and encouraged her to eat her food too. Fortunately after watching Graycie’s video and her photos posted by the animal shelter, many people have also expressed their interest in adopting her.
