In every phase of my life, I’ve had a different wing-person. First there were my parents, then my sisters and best friend, and now I’ve a true friend and guide in my husband. In more than 25 years that we have been together, he has taught me the valuable lesson of patience. Whether it was pursuing a career as a designer or starting a lifestyle company, or raising a family, my husband has always treated me as the first amongst the equals. Having an impulsive and fearless temperament and not being a diplomatic person, I have learnt from him how to work well on my professional and personal relationships. Thank God that I had the good fortune and wisdom in my youth to choose and be chosen to lead a life with a man like Ashwani!
