A seemingly heart-warming moment between a young girl and a zoo lion that ended with an unexpected twist could teach us an important lesson about the instincts of wild animals. There’s a video doing the rounds on social media in which a lion at the zoo gave the most unexpected reaction when a little girl blew him a kiss.
The video shows the adorable kid smiling and apparently fascinated by the creature inches away from her but separated by a thick sheet of protective glass.
But then as soon as the young visitor planted a kiss on glass as a token of her affection, the huge beast rose up and started clawing viciously at the glass. It’s pretty commendable that the plucky girl firmly stood her ground even after such a hair-raising incident.
