Customer care executives are only known to us as random strangers we call whenever issues arise while using a certain service. But sometimes these conversations aimed at getting technical assistance can turn out to be interesting and often hilarious.

While a lot of audio clips of people striking weird conversations with customer care executives have surfaced in the past year, the internet in the past has been abuzz with texts of conversations between Zomato executives and customers.

When a man was having issues getting his order from a restaurant through Zomato, he went on to contact the customer care executive and asked her to help him out with cigarettes, here’s how it went.
