Many people are ignorant about LGBT issues and unfortunately hold strong prejudices against the community. Gays are often subjected to snide remarks and bullying in society. Many try to belittle gay people by asking them stupid questions about their sexuality, relationship dynamics and even objecting to activities that instill gay pride.
