Early birds, here’s some good news for you. A new study has revealed that the best time to have sex is at 7.30 am, around 45 minutes after the best time to wake up.
According to researchers, energy levels are at their highest after a good night's rest which means both sexes have more stamina.
And to top it all, the rush of endorphins, sparked by sex lowers blood pressure and reduces stress.
The study that was conducted on 1,000 people by Forza Supplements also found that the ideal time for alcohol consumption is 6.10pm, four hours before the right time to go to sleep.
The study further showed that the best time to eat breakfast was at 7.15am, lunch 12.15pm and dinner 6pm to maximise weight loss.
The best time for the most taxing jobs, according to the study is at 9.45am as concentration levels peak three hours after waking up and stress levels peak at 10.45, which is the best time to relax.
The best time for sleep, according to the study, is at 10.10pm - allowing for 20 minutes to get to sleep and 90 minutes of the most restorative non-REM sleep which is most likely to occur prior to midnight....
