Video: This iguana fleeing snakes will leave you terrified
If the animal kingdom had its own version of a James Bond-esque chase scene then this will be it. A clip from the BBC’s documentary series, Planet Earth II, that features a baby iguana miraculously escape certain death has been doing the rounds of the internet as the scariest thing you’ll see today.
The footage shows a baby iguana in a minefield of snakes running for dear life. It’s amazing how the lizard manages to give the slip to the dozens of ravenous reptiles surrounding it even as you think that it won’t be able to make it.
The Twitterati couldn’t help but root for our little hero.
