This is something, which even our forefathers would’ve dreamt of. Can you imagine comfortable daily wear that doesn’t get wet even when water is poured all over it? Those magical garments are in the city now! The pioneers of this fabulous invention are the amazing stalwarts Abdul Rahim, Ronak Sarda and Hashim Jamal.

The trio are Indians raised in Thailand and are now back with a bang to our singara Chennai. These brothers have come out with revolutionary T-shirts called ‘Cover it Up’ that don’t get dirty nor wet under water! How good is an idea, if the good from it cannot be given back to nature and Chennai?

They told me that the city has had a tough time in the last few years with a water crisis — and the beauty about these smart T-shirts is that they repel a lot of fluids and dirt. Their research has also revealed that these tees save upto 100 litres of water.

These brothers are of the opinion that Chennai is now getting fashion conscious and  how! We need more people like you, who think about environment and our well being through gestures like this.
