Have you heard of IVF (In vitro fertilisation) babies coming together to celebrate and interact with each other? This is exactly what happened on Sunday at the Glass House, Jalavihar in Necklace Road.

The event was organised by Dr K. Anuradha, obstetrician and gynaecologist at the Anu Test Tube Baby Centre in the city. Around 350 test tube babies were present.
One of them even conceived a baby naturally.
“IVF babies are as normal as any other. We may conduct similar events in the future,” said Dr Anuradha.
A parent had brought her daughter, who was born through a test tube, to the event. Only while on the way to the event, did she tell her daughter that she was a IVF baby. But the daughter was happy.
