Hyderabad: A video of a sub-inspector caning a biker had gone viral on social media. Reportedly, the incident happened in Borabanda in the city.
The video shot by a resident shows a biker on a road and a sub-inspector is seen caning him even as a constable watches on.
According to reports, the incident happened two days ago, however, police refused to comment on the incident.
