Video: Iraqi minister says aliens built world's first airport 7000 years ago
Iraq: From planes flying between planets being invented in the vedic age to ancient weapons of mass destruction, Indians are no strangers to bureaucrats making the most puzzling claims about technology.
But it seems politicians in other countries too have something to add to the list of bizarre claims that could be used in science fiction. The Iraqi Transport Minister seems to be one of those as he delivered a statement that could’ve stunned the wright brothers.
Shedding light on the most unexpected origins of aviation and space travel, Kazem Finjan said that aliens actually built earth’s first airport in the Middle East for interplanetary travel.
He also claimed that spacecrafts launched from there discovered Pluto and a mythical planet called Nibiru. He said all this while announcing the construction of an airport at Dhi Qar in southern-Iraq.
Finjan also mentioned that Sumerians who resided there assisted in building the airport, and also mentioned a book called ‘History Begins at Sumer’ for reference.
