M Kumar’s zeal for fulfilling his duty in his unusual way has not only made him quite popular with the general public but also a star on the internet.

Everyone – from auto rickshaw drivers to even locals – claim that Kumar’s quirky style and warm demeanour has made following traffic rules a lot more easier and even enjoyable. This is something commendable as India has an appalling track record of having around 2,00,000 accidents on an average each year.
