No substitute to honesty and hard work
The recent news about a student, who was caught cheating during the SSC exams, and jumped off the third floor, after being exposed, has deeply saddened everybody. He is now battling for life in the hospital and is in a critical condition.
There is no shortcut to hard work, and honesty is a value to uphold at all times in life. Cheating is never going to help you. Despite being well-prepared, tough question papers might upset your results and sometimes, you may be unable to concentrate on your exams, resulting in poor grades. Failure might seem like the end of the world, but it is not so.
Life is not about success. It is a journey full of highs and lows. The winner is one who picks himself up after a fall and steadies himself. Honesty builds courage in one’s personality, while dishonesty fills the heart with fear, which can even drive one to commit suicide. You will be surprised to know that achievers such as Aamir Khan, Sachin Tendulkar, Mary Kom, Azim Premji etc., were all school or college dropouts. So never give up.
