Man tweets to IndiGo about misplaced luggage, receives the most horrendous reply
Many airlines have been facing issues recently and it certainly looks like there is something wrong in the air. Recently, a man travelling to Kolkata had his luggage misplaced by IndiGo and so he tweeted to them sarcastically but they didn’t seem to get it at all and instead had the most surprising reply.
According to a media report, twitter-user Roshan Agarwal was recently travelling to Kolkata when he had what is now becoming quite a common occurrence for flyers – his luggage was misplaced by the carrier. Angry and frustrated with the incident, he immediately tweeted to IndiGo Airlines about it saying, “Thank you for sending my baggage to Hyd and flying me to Calcutta at the same time. Brilliant service. #DieIndigo”. However, he received an instantly reply but not like expected saying, “Glad to hear that” but it was soon deleted when they realised their mistake.
Twitter users however did not miss the tweet and have trolled the airlines for their insensitive reply to a grieving flyer. Read some of the tweets below.
One user spoke about the frequency of their mistakes
@roshansxc @IndiGo6E May be they are not shocked... Assuming dat it was their regular service..😂😂😂

Thank your stars that atleast they know where your luggage is
One even requested a free ticket for the mistake
@roshansxc @IndiGo6E Dear @IndiGo6E, was this a sarcastic attempt to mock @roshansxc, a paying customer ? How did you manage this ? Apologise with a free ticket!
