So when I heard from her about this retreat in Bhutan, I was onboard immediately. Namrata's potent Yogini demeanour as she led us through Yoga sessions and treks around stunning locales in this magical country was a special time for us busy city folks. A time that allowed respite, reflection and a lot of bonhomie too.”
